To the attention of users of software registrars of settlement operations!

State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that according to amendments introduced by the Law of Ukraine No.3219-IX as of 30.06.2023 "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine regarding taxation peculiarities during the martial law", that comes into force on August 1, 2023, which, in particular, amended the Law of Ukraine "On the use of registrars of settlement operations in trade, public catering and services", renewed effect of Clause 7 of Article 5 of this Law, in connection with which use of software registrars of settlement operations in the offline mode without receipt from the controlling body the range of fiscal numbers generated by the fiscal server of the controlling body is prohibited.

Therefore, from 01.08.2023, work of software registrars of settlement operations in the offline mode is prohibited, if such software registrars of settlement operations have not received the range of fiscal numbers generated by the fiscal server of the State Tax Service, which are assigned to settlement documents of software registrars of settlement operations operating in the offline mode.

Software registrars of settlement operations works offline only during a period during which there is no connection between software registrars of settlement operations and the fiscal server of the State Tax Service.
