Register employees in 3 steps

Employees can be hired by companies, private entrepreneurs, as well as individuals who hire cooks, babysitters, drivers ... At the same time, they all become employers and must comply with labor legislation.

Employers often conclude civil law agreements with employees, not labor agreements. Employment contract must be concluded in the employee-employer relationship. Civil law agreement on the provision of services is concluded in case of cooperation with an independent contractor or a person who is self-employed, that is, involved in entrepreneurship, business.

Registration procedure of labor relations with employees is the same for all employers. It includes three main steps:

- concluding employment contract;

- compiling order on employment;

- notification to the State Tax Service.
