Financial agents, attention!

State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that as of September 1, 2023 reporting was completed according to requirements of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America to improve implementation of tax rules and application of provisions of the US "Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act" (FATCA), ratified by the Law of Ukraine № 229-IX as of 29.10.2019.

According to results of the reporting campaign:

- 175 financial agents participated in the reporting;

- 346 reports were submitted;

- 285 reports accepted by the US Internal Revenue Service.

We thank all financial agents who participated in the FATCA reporting.
