Importance of integrity in public service

Representatives of the HR and Corruption prevention and detection departments of the State Tax Service of Ukraine took part in the Integrity Forum for civil servants and local self-government officials, which was held as a part of the Richelieu Public Service Forum, organized by the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service.

During the Integrity Forum, speakers and participants discussed what international experience is relevant for Ukraine, what are the trends in formation of integrity in the public service, how can integrity be promoted through responsible leadership, and whether integrity culture can be formed through training.

During the event, it was emphasized that civil servants should demonstrate virtuous behavior and lifestyle, as well as always remember that they are the government face.
