Systematic work with international partners continues

At the invitation of Representation of the International Monetary Fund in Ukraine, representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, State Tax Service of Ukraine and State Customs Service of Ukraine will participate in work of technical mission of the Tax and Budget Department of the International Monetary Fund from October 23, 2023 to continue work on the action plan for finalization of the National revenue plan, as well as to discuss specific areas of reforming tax policy and revenue administration system in a short- and medium-term perspective.

Work of technical mission is aimed at implementing and realizing provisions of Letter of intent and Memorandum on economic and financial policy, in particular, established structural beacons.

It should be reminded that on June 19, 2023, the Government of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine signed a Letter of intent for the first revision of the updated package of economic and financial policy measures of the 4-year program within the framework of the Extended financing mechanism.

Goal is to renew fiscal and debt sustainability while promoting long-term growth in the context of post-war reconstruction and Ukraine's path to the EU accession.
