State Tax Service took part in discussion on the implementation of the General Anti-Avoidance Rule (GAAR)

As a part of the cooperation project with the European Union, Ukraine is implementing the General Anti-Avoidance Rule (GAAR).

Representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine participated in the online seminar held jointly with the EU4PFM and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. Event was devoted to implementation of this rule by Ukraine on November 9, 2023.

Project experts spoke in detail about the essence of this rule and mechanisms of its application.

Event was another important step in the implementation of GAAR in Ukraine and confirmation of our country's commitment to international principles of combating tax evasion.
