Representatives of the State Tax Service learn experience of international partners regarding transfer pricing and administrative cooperation

Delegation of the State Tax Service this week will take part in a seminar on transfer pricing and administrative cooperation for representatives of state administrations of Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, which is being held as a part of implementation of project of the Eastern Partnership Academy of Public Administration in the Republic of Poland.

Administrative cooperation in the VAT, application of tools in this sphere, improvement of professional competences of participants, as well as application of the OECD guidelines in Poland will be discussed during event.

In addition, participants will share their experiences on transfer pricing and application of advance pricing agreements.

As a part of seminar, delegations of Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova will exchange knowledge in taxation sphere and the latest practices.
