Contact center of the State Tax Service – updated service with maximum efficiency and quality

State Tax Service of Ukraine continues its transformation into a digital service body holding a vector to improve quality and conditions of providing services to taxpayers. From now on, due to the update and modernization of software and hardware complex of Contact center of the State Tax Service, remote registration for receiving services at the Taxpayer service centers through the electronic queue has been introduced.

Created queue and flow management system at the Taxpayer service centers will contribute to the correct distribution of people applying to them and prevent their crowding.

Taxpayers have opportunity to contact the Contact center of the State Tax Service to make a preliminary appointment, choose necessary administrative service from 19 possible ones and determine convenient date and time of the visit, without wasting extra time waiting in a line.

Queue management software complexes are used in 420 Taxpayer service centers as of November 14, 2023. Employees of the Contact center of the State Tax Service made 556 customer records to Taxpayer service centers for a period from 01.10.2023 to 31.10.2023. Out of the total number of records, the biggest number of customers planned their visit to the Taxpayer service centers of Main Directorate of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk (202), Kyiv (174) and Odesa (111) regions.

At the same time, the State Tax Service has implemented measures for a feedback from taxpayers after their visit to the Taxpayer service centers (including those who used the interactive queue of the State Tax Service), in particular, a customer survey is conducted regarding the quality of electronic queue service provided for further consideration in work and improving level of the service.

Electronic queue service has been created for the taxpayers’ convenience!
