Contact center of the State Tax Service has provided answers to 827.5 thousand taxpayers’ appeals since the beginning of 2023

Contact Center of the State Tax Service has provided answers to 827.5 thousand appeals of individuals and legal entities over January – October 2023. Of the total number of appeals: 724.3 thousand were answered by telephone, 4.7 – by the e-mail and 98.5 thousand – by chat in messengers.

Taxpayers the most often applied for information regarding the single tax and usage of registrars of settlement operations, value added tax, personal income tax, military levy, single contribution to obligatory state social insurance and status of electronic reporting processing.

Business entities and citizens also have opportunity to use the Knowledge Base – an automated database of unified answers to questions from individuals and legal entities. It is posted on the official web portal of the State Tax Service in section “Questions – answers from the Knowledge Base” of the Public information and reference resource (ZIR).

Visitors of the portal can find answers to questions that interest them at any convenient time. Individuals and legal entities have made 3.2 million visits to ZIR in the current year.

Knowledge Base is constantly updated and kept up to date. Validity of 1251unified questions and answers was limited due to legislative changes during January – October 2023 and 1263 were introduced in the new edition.
