Users of software registrars of settlement operations (abb. PRRO), who use “Kyivstar” operator tools to communicate with fiscal server of the State Tax Service, until its stable operation is renewed and for continuous settlement operations, can switch to offline mode or to another operator according to the Law of Ukraine "On the use of registrars of settlement operations in trade, public catering and services".
