If your work is undeclared, you can do the following.

Require employer to conclude employment contract with you according to the law. If employer refuses, you can file a lawsuit to the court.

Look for another job where you will have declared employment relationship and social guarantees. You can use services of employment centers or other resources for finding a job.

Contact the State Labor Service of Ukraine for advice. You can find contact information at: https://dsp.gov.ua/kontakty-dlia-konsultatsii-pratsivnykiv-ta-robotodavtsiv-z-naiaktualnishykh-pytan-pid-chas-voiennoho-chasu/.

Contact the State Tax Service of Ukraine in case of information regarding alleged violations of legal requirements committed by business entities and submit appeal according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine № 393/96-VR as of 02.10.1996 "On citizen appeals" in one of the following ways:

- by sending to the postal address: 04053, Kyiv, Lvivska square, building 8;

- through the Contact Center of the State Tax Service by phone: 0800 501 007, by choosing direction "6" on the interactive voice answering machine;   

- using the Internet, electronic communication means, by sending to the e-mail address zvernennya_dps@tax.gov.ua in the form of copy scan or photocopy of a written application with applicant's signature indicating date and place of residence or signed with a qualified electronic signature;

- through the "StopViolationBot" in Telegram messenger.

Do not agree to undeclared work, because you lose your rights and opportunities. Declared work is your future and dignity!
