Various types of sanctions may be applied for violation of labor legislation, depending on the essence and consequences of violation, as well as on the business entity that committed it.

If labor dispute is resolved in the employee’s favor, employer will be obliged to renew employee's violated right and compensate for all losses suffered by the employee, in particular, to pay the employee salaries for the entire period of work, regardless of the fact that it was paid during the period of work, and to pay single social contribution for the entire time employee’s work. Amount of such salary cannot be lower than the average salary in relevant industry. Employee will also have a right for compensation for moral damage.
