Employment of foreigners

Law of Ukraine "On employment of population" provides that employers can employ foreigners on the basis of employment permit.

Foreigners permanently residing in Ukraine may work at enterprises, institutions and organizations or involve in other labor activities on grounds and in manner established for citizens of Ukraine.

In order to obtain employment permit, it is necessary to collect package of documents and submit them to the territorial body of central executive body that implements state policy in employment and labor migration.

Work of the foreigner without employment permit will be legislative violation and will result in administrative and/or financial liability.
