Summarized results of year and outlined plans for the future: working meeting was held in Poltava region with heads of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service

Working meeting was held at Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Poltava region with heads of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service of Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava regions and Northern interregional directorate for work with large taxpayers under leadership of acting Head of the State Tax Service Tetiana Kiriienko.

Results of work of tax officials of separate territorial bodies of the State Tax Service during the past year were summed up during the meeting.

"Stable filling of the state budget concerns not only support of country's economy, but also ensures defense capability and strengthening of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and conscientious payment of taxes and their high-quality administration is a key to successful development of our state" – noted Tetiana Kiriienko.

Participants discussed conceptual approaches and solutions for 2024, outlined working directions to improve tax administration efficiency.

During the visit to Poltava region acting Head of the State Tax Service Tetiana Kiriienko also discussed with Head of the Poltava Military Administration Filip Pronin issue of finding reserves to fill the budgets.

Draft project will be launched in Poltava region in the near future, which provides for receipt of taxes from gas production companies regardless of the registration place.

Matters related to inventory and taxation of "shadow" land were also discussed during the meeting. This process allows not only to receive additional revenues, but also to control grain origin.
