Offsite meeting of the State Tax Service in Lviv region: analysis of work of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service in western region in 2023 and plans for 2024

Acting Head of the State Tax Service Tetiana Kiriienko held the offsite meeting with management of Main Directorate of Lviv, Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Zakarpattia, Chernivtsi regions and Western interregional directorate of the State Tax Service for work with large taxpayers on the basis of Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Lviv region.

Heads of individual structural divisions of the State Tax Service also attended the meeting.

Event participants discussed results of the last year's work, matters related to improving efficiency of tax administration and also defined priority tasks for 2024.

"Modern realities require significant mobilization of economy. Paying taxes to budgets in a difficult time for our country is a significant help to the economic front. Filling the budget is a key component of the country's financial stability, its defense capability and social support of citizens" – stated Tetiana Kiriienko.

Acting Head of the State Tax Service emphasized that focus of attention of the State Tax Service is maximum support for business at the same time as ensuring filling of budgets, which is critically important for the country.
