Working meeting of leadership of HR personnel services: exchange of experience and establishment of communications

Representatives of the State Tax Service took part in a working meeting of heads of HR personnel services of central executive authorities, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Finance. Meeting was organized by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in order to implement program of exchange of experience and establishment of communications between the HR personnel services of central executive authorities.

Participants discussed important and topical topics related to personnel management, in particular problematic issues that arise during the implementation of provisions of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On legal regime of martial law". It was also about interaction of human resources management information system in state bodies with the Unified State Web portal of electronic services (Diia), development and implementation of a competency-based human resources management model.

Employees of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine shared their experience of participating in development of individual programs to improve level of professional competence of civil servants of categories "B" and "C" based on the evaluation results of official activities.
