Contact center of the State Tax Service has provided answers to 394.8 thousand taxpayers’ appeals since the beginning of year

Contact Center of the State Tax Service has provided answers to more than 394.8 thousand appeals of individuals and legal entities over January – April 2024. Of the total number of appeals: 341.4 thousand were answered by telephone, 1.8 – by the e-mail and 51.6 thousand – by chat in messengers.

Taxpayers the most often applied for information regarding the single tax and usage of registrars of settlement operations, personal income tax, military levy, single contribution to obligatory state social insurance, value added tax and status of electronic reporting processing.

Business entities and citizens also have opportunity to use the Knowledge Base – an automated database of unified answers to questions from individuals and legal entities. It is posted on the official web portal of the State Tax Service in section “Questions – answers from the Knowledge Base” of the Public information and reference resource (ZIR).

Visitors of portal can find answers to questions that interest them at any convenient time. Individuals and legal entities have made 1.5 million visits to ZIR since the beginning of 2024.

Knowledge Base is constantly updated and kept up to date. Validity of 342 unified questions and answers was limited due to legislative changes during January – April 2024 and 499 were introduced in the new edition.
