Declared employment = labor and social rights

It is profitable to work under employment contract!

From the moment of concluding employment contract, you are employee who has labor rights and social guarantees.

Law prohibits working more than 40 hours per week. If you work in hazardous conditions or are under the 18 y.o. age, your working week is even less – 36 hours.

With a five-day working week, you should rest two days. If there is only one day off, your working day should last up to 7 hours.

You cannot be forced to work overtime or on weekends. Unless it is necessary for the country’s defense, elimination of consequences of a natural disaster, accident or prevention of damage to property.
