It is profitable to work under employment contract!

From the moment of concluding employment contract, you are employee who has labor rights and social guarantees.

According to the employment contract, you have right to annual paid holidays. Minimum duration of such leave is 24 calendar days per working year. If you are under 18 years old, you can rest for 31 days.

In addition to the main vacation, you will be provided with:

paid educational and creative leave (for writing a dissertation or textbook, for participation in all-Ukrainian and international sports competitions).

Have you become a blood donor? Take the next day off or add this day to your annual leave. At the same time, the salary is kept.

You can take leave at your own expense in case of a wedding, birth of a child, funeral, or to care for sick relatives.

Additional vacations are also provided for employees with children, participants in hostilities and Chernobyl residents.
