It is profitable to work under employment contract!
From the moment of concluding employment contract, you are employee who has labor rights and social guarantees.
Salaries are paid regularly at level not lower than the minimum salary.
Monthly salary for fully completed work cannot be less than the minimum (8000 UAH from April 1, 2024).
Do you work from morning to night? According to labor legislation, work during overtime hours and on weekends is paid at a double rate. You can take a day off for work on a holiday.
Employer cannot pay salaries whenever wants. You must receive it regularly, at least twice a month and not later than seven days after the end of work period. If payment day coincides with a weekend or holiday, salary is paid the day before.
