Remember! The following may carry out checks on the conclusion of employment contracts with employees:

territorial bodies of the State Labor Service;

territorial bodies of State Tax Service.

Local self-government bodies can conduct audits at enterprises, institutions and organizations that are communally owned by the respective territorial communities.
