Regarding submission of Notification on participation in the international group of companies in the updated form starting from 01.07.2024

Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 58 as of 09.02.2024 "On amendments to Order № 839 of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 31.12.2020", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 26.02.2024 under № 282/41627, with changes and additions made by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 101 as of 01.03. "On amendments to Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 58 as of 09.02.2024", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 04.03.2024 under № 316/41661, published in the Ofitsiynyy visnyk of Ukraine on 19.03.2024 under № 26 (hereinafter – Order of the Ministry of Finance № 58), entered into force on 19.03.2024.

According to the Order of the Ministry of Finance № 58, changes were made to:

form of Notification on participation in the international group of companies, approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 839 as of 31.12.2020 "On approval of form and Procedure for compiling Notification on participation in the international group of companies", in particular, it is set out in the new version;

Procedure for compiling Notification on participation in the international group of companies.

Information about change in the form of Notification on participation in the international group of companies was posted on 15.04.2024 on web portal of the State Tax Service in sections:

Taxpayers please note that submission of Notification on participation in the international group of companies in the new form will be carried out from 01.07.2024.
