In connection with update of the International FATCA Data Exchange Service (IDES), which took place on June 20, 2024, the State Tax Service informs financial agents (accountable to FATCA) of the need to undergo obligatory password reset and recovery procedure logging into their IDES accounts.

Users may be required to answer security verification questions to successfully reset their password.

In case of problems with the above specified procedure, IDES users should contact the IDES support service at www.ides-support.com/Support.

Attention! All financial agents accountable to FATCA to the need to comply with the above specified requirements for further FATCA reporting and it should be reminded deadline for submitting reports is until 00:00 (Kyiv time) on July 1, 2024.
