Representatives of the State Tax Service and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine discussed topical taxation matters

Taxation matters addressed by business representatives – members of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine and specialized associations became subject of discussion during online meeting at the State Tax Service.

Specifics of conducting scheduled and unscheduled documentary audits, shortening of audit periods for the VAT refunds, certain aspects of registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices, appeal of decisions of controlling authorities were considered.

Specialists of the State Tax Service explained tools of the Electronic cabinet and opportunities that taxpayers get using electronic services of the State Tax Service and mobile application "My Tax Service".

Representatives of the State Tax Service, during event, informed about novations in legislation regarding the possibility for payers to interact with the controlling authority in the video conference mode during review of complaint and audit materials in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1165. Specialists of the State Tax Service explained practical aspects of novations and practice of implementing payer’s right to participate in such consideration, in particular, of peculiarities of submitting and filling out documents.
