State Tax Service of Ukraine reminds that undeclared employment harms the state.
Undeclared employment not only limits the state's ability to carry out modern social policy in spheres of education, health care, development of professional skills, employment, social protection and pension provision, but also creates unfair competition for those business entities that fully ensure fulfillment of obligations regulations regarding payment of taxes, labor protection and social security of employees.
Different types of sanctions may be applied for violation of labor legislation, depending on the essence and consequences of violation, as well as on the business entity that committed it.
Employees of the Actual audit unites of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service conducted actual audits of individuals-entrepreneurs who carry out retail sale of complex household products in June 2024. According to their results, about 250 cases of legislative violations by employers regarding conclusion of employment contracts and registration of labor relations with employees were established.
Employers, attention: people are the most valuable capital of your business, and declared employment is your reputation and success, as by paying funds to the budget, you make personal contribution to the state’s economy and its defense capability.
