State Tax Service informs that in order to establish the possibility of using convenient electronic services to facilitate communication, person who filed complaint against decision of the controlling authority, according to Paragraph 56.3, Sub-paragraph 56.24.1 of Paragraph 56.24, Paragraph 56.25 of Article 56 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, has a right to interact with the controlling authority in the video conference mode for providing oral explanations.

Corresponding changes have been made to Procedure for registration and submission of complaints by taxpayers and other persons and their review by the controlling authorities, approved by Order № 916 of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 21.10.2015, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 23.12.2015 under № 1617/28062 (with changes).
