Annual survey on assessing business satisfaction with level of service provided by tax authorities – 2024

State Tax Service of Ukraine conducts annual survey of business satisfaction with level of service provided by tax authorities.

Help us to identify problematic issues in work of the State Tax Service’s bodies that require special attention and intervention in order to eliminate them, as well as those aspects of activity with which you are, on the contrary, satisfied.

The survey is anonymous and voluntary.
