To the attention of taxpayers: regulatory and technical works

State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that in connection with the end of budget year2024  and beginning of budget year2025, as well as taking into account Regulations on the work of bodies of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine during the end of budget year 2024 and beginning of 2025, approved by Order of the Treasury № 355as of 29.11.2024, regarding the operating mode of electronic payment system of the National Bank of Ukraine and the Treasury, regulatory and technical works related to the end of year will be carried out from December 31, 2024 to January 2, 2025. In this regard, there may be restrictions to operation of electronic services.

The last operating day in 2024 for accepting and processing tax invoices and adjustment calculations to tax invoices in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices will be December 31, 2024 until 15 hours 00 minutes.

Taking into account requirements of Paragraph 3 of procedure for maintaining the Unified Register of Tax Invoices, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1246 as of 29.12.2010, the first operating day in 2025 for accepting tax invoices for processing and adjustment calculations in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices is January 3, 2025.

Processing results of electronic documents (except for tax invoices and adjustment calculations to tax invoices) received between 15 hours 00 minutes on December 31, 2024 and 15 hours 00 minutes on January 2, 2025 will be sent after completion of regulatory and technical works related to the end of year.

Fiscal server of the controlling authority operates normally with possible restrictions at the night time.

Information and communication systems of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, including the Unified Register of Tax Invoices, will operate normally starting from January 3, 2025.
