State Tax Service has processed 2413 requests for obtaining public information in 2024

State Tax Service of Ukraine has processed 2413 requests for public information in 2024.

Of the total number, 2108 request was received by e-mail, 283 by mail, 19 personally from the requester and 3 by the telephone.

The biggest number of requests for obtaining public information came from individuals, namely 1375 requests. 870 requests for public information were received from legal entities, 5 from associations of citizens without legal entity’s status and 163 from mass media representatives.

According to the consideration results of requests: 1161 were provided with provision of information, 769 refused according to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine № 2939-VI as of 13.01.2011 "On access to public information" and 462 were sent to appropriate information managers.

The vast majority of inquirers were interested in tax information, namely 80.2 percent from the total number of requests.
