State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 674 as of 30.12.2024 “On amendments to Paragraph 4 of Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 601 as of 22.11.2024”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 31.12.2024 under № 2061/43406, postponed introduction of new requirements to the form and content of settlement documents.

The specified amendments extend until 01.03.2025 transitional period for introduction of new requirements to the form and content of settlement documents, approved by Order № 601 “On amendments to Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 13 as of 21.01.2016”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 06.12.2024 under № 1873/43218.

Therefore, the updated forms and content of settlement documents will be effective from March 1, 2025.
