Which State Tax Service body should the payer contact in case of disagreement with indicators of accrued, paid, refunded amounts of taxes, levies and single contribution, as well as overpaid funds and amounts of tax debt/debt from the single contribution, reflected in the menu "Status of settlements with the budget" of the Electronic cabinet?

Through the menu "Applications, requests for information" in the Electronic cabinet, the taxpayer can submit a request to receive extract regarding status of settlements with the budget and payment of single contribution according to data of the State Tax Service’s authorities with a signature of the State Tax Service official (form F/J13002).

If a request concerns several years, it must be submitted separately for each year, but not more than for the last 5 years, counting from year the request was accepted.

Payer receives a response to such requests not later than 2 working days after receiving the request.

If the payer establishes discrepancies between indicators of the state of settlements with the budget and funds according to the payer’s data and data of the tax authority, such payer may contact the State Tax Service’s authority at the main registration place with a written application.

Appeals are considered within terms specified by current legislation, particularly the Law of Ukraine "On citizens appeals":

- up to one month if additional research is required;

- up to 15 days if issue can be resolved immediately.
