General fund of the state budget received 9.3 billion UAH of the excise tax on produced and imported excisable products in January 2025. This is 39.9% (2.6 billion UAH) more than in January 2024.

Revenue indicator was fulfilled by 128%, which allowed attracting additional 2 billion UAH to the budget.

Revenue growth factors: 

excise tax on imported tobacco products – by 2.3 billion UAH or 228.5% of the plan (1.8 billion UAH);

excise tax on alcoholic beverages produced in Ukraine – by 0.1 billion UAH or 120.9% of the plan (UAH 0.6 billion).
