State Tax Service canceled license for production of alcoholic beverages of one producer in the Dnipropetrovsk region and included it among the risky ones – Ruslan Kravchenko

State Tax Service canceled license for production of alcoholic beverages of one well-known producer in the Dnipropetrovsk region. This enterprise has also been added to the list of risky ones. This was informed by Head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko on his Facebook page. 

State Tax Service cannot name the enterprise because it is a disclosure of taxpayer data, but it was mentioned by many media today.

Ruslan Kravchenko emphasized that cancellation of license was preceded by 4 months of struggle in the courts. Tax authorities, during the audit in November, established that producer lacked equipment for the full technological production cycle of certain types of products. It was also discovered that it produces and sells brandy for which it does not have license at all. These facts are recorded in the acts; decision was made to cancel the license. Enterprise tried to appeal it. Decision of the Administrative court of appeal put an end to this story.

"Today, Eastern Interregional Directorate of the State Tax Service for Work with Large Taxpayers added this enterprise to the list of risky ones due to the lack of license. It also decided to dismiss acting Head of the Eastern Interregional Directorate of the State Tax Service for Work with Large Taxpayers. There have already been comments on his professional activities. Anyone who tries to play dirty games at work will face a similar situation. I will react harshly" – added Head of the State Tax Service.
