Due to the change in approaches of the State Tax Service since the beginning of year, almost 10 thousand business entities have been excluded from the list of risky ones. In addition, a number of accepted data tables increased by 64% in February, and a number of suspended invoices decreased to 0.39%. This was stated by Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko during the meeting with representatives of 28 business associations.
"We already have positive feedback regarding our initiative regarding changes to the mechanism for registration suspension of tax invoices. Together with the business, we are interested in reducing a number of blocks and simplifying registration procedure. We are already working on suggestions of the State Tax Service together with the Ministry of Finance. We have also updated directory of the taxpayer risk codes" – stated Ruslan Kravchenko.
Transfer pricing questions were also discussed during the meeting. State Tax Service, together with the Ministry of Finance, worked out answers to the most common questions. Algorithm of actions for territorial bodies of the State Tax Service analyzing compliance of controlled transactions for export of agricultural products with the arm’s length principle was developed. Detailed description of the key aspects of assessing such transactions was prepared. Materials will be sent to territorial bodies of the State Tax Service for a unified approach.
One more important question is introduction of the SAF-T UA. Currently, testing of the Information Communication System E-Audit is ongoing. State Tax Service’s specialists have access to the demo version.
"Currently, 41 SAF-T files have already been submitted. We have created communication platform to support the taxpayers. In addition, we have provided all the taxpayers with opportunity to conduct testing via the Electronic cabinet" – added Head of the State Tax Service.
Meeting participants also focused on the over-fulfillment of budget revenues, combating illegal sale of excisable products, introducing the E-excise and strengthening international cooperation on the data exchange.
"Representatives of business associations themselves say that such communication gives a positive result. State Tax Service has become more open and much more effective. And this is already our great achievement" – stated Ruslan Kravchenko.
