Tax consultant offices: what distinguishes the new State Tax Service’s service and where to find it

In order to improve quality of tax services and provide taxpayers with convenient information, the State Tax Service has opened Tax consultant offices in 20 regions of Ukraine. The new service will help to understand tax questions, get professional advice and avoid legislative violations. 

Each payer who applies for a consultation will receive reasoned and high-quality answer. And the moderator will guide and help in obtaining consulting services, taking into account individual needs of the visitor. 

Offices’ specialists provide advice in the following areas:

- taxation of individuals and legal entities,

- electronic services and reporting,

- tax disputes,

- tax audit,

- actual audits and legislation regarding the RRO/PRRO,

- control over circulation of excisable products,

- registration suspension of tax invoices/adjustment calculations,

- tax debt repayment and debts from the single social contribution,

- provision of the qualified electronic trust services.
