In 9 months the budget received more than 453 billion UAH of the personal income tax

Taxpayers transferred more than 453 billion UAH of the personal income tax in January – September 2025. Compared to the corresponding figure last year, this is 18.8% or 71.8 billion UAH more.

Leadership is steadily held by the taxpayers of Kyiv city, who transferred 106.7 billion UAH. This is almost 24% of all tax revenues.

Also, the biggest amounts were paid by taxpayers of:

Dnipropetrovsk region – 44.6 billion UAH,

Lviv region – 30.5 billion UAH,

Kyiv region – 27 billion UAH.

Growth in tax payments shows that more and more employers officially register employees and pay taxes for them.

Citizens are likely to remember about the opportunity to take advantage of the tax rebate. This right is provided for the personal income tax payers who, during the year, incurred expenses subject to compensation from the budget.

Documents to receive the tax rebate for expenses 2024 can be submitted until December 31, 2025.
