Vinnytsia and Chernihiv regions have joined the regions where online sign language translation is already available at Taxpayer Service Centers and service points. This means that people with hearing impairments can receive tax services and consultations even more conveniently and without communication barriers.

From now on, every visitor who uses sign language has opportunity to connect to an interpreter via video call contacting the Taxpayer Service Center or payer service point. Service is completely free for users.

To use it, simply contact a moderator at the Taxpayer Service Center or service point. Employee will connect online translator and ensure comfortable and effective communication.

Introduction of online sign language translation is important step towards creating accessible and inclusive environment in the work of tax authorities. Such service helps implement principles of accessibility and ensures that every taxpayer can receive quality assistance regardless of their individual needs.

As of today, ability to use sign language translation has already been implemented in 22 regions of Ukraine.
