Local budgets received more than 491 billion UAH of tax revenues in 2025. This is 13.4% more than in 2024. This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page.

"Stable and responsible fulfillment of tax obligations by business is a key condition for financial viability of communities, financing of social programs and infrastructure projects" – she noted.

The main funding sources for local budgets during the year were:

- personal income tax – 300.3 billion UAH (+ 16.6% compared to the previous year);

- single tax – 76.4 billion UAH (+10.5%);

- property tax – 58.3 billion UAH (+16.1%);

- excise tax on excisable goods produced in Ukraine – 1.9 billion UAH (+13.7%);

- environmental tax – 1.6 billion UAH (+7.3%);

-  tourist tax – 359 million UAH (+ 31.5%);

- fee for parking spaces – 205.3 million UAH (+17.9%).

Revenues from the rent for the subsoil use of national importance in 2025 also increased by 8.5 million UAH, which further strengthened financial base of local budgets.

"We thank the taxpayers for their awareness and support for development of territories. Every UAH paid to the local budgets is a contribution to the daily life of communities: work of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, landscaping and roads, services, housing and communal services. It is also about maintaining necessary infrastructure for doing business in the community" – Lesya Karnaukh added.

Growth of tax revenues is a result of conscientious tax payment by the taxpayers and shared responsibility for economic stability of the state and strength of communities.
