State Tax Service’s Contact Center processed over 1 million applications from individuals and legal entities during January – December 2025. Tax consultations are in a great demand among the taxpayers.
In total, the State Tax Service’s Contact Center received 1 068 932 applications, of which:
- 937 608 – by phone,
- 124 446 – via chat in messengers,
- 6 878 – by e-mail.
The most often, the taxpayers asked about:
- personal income tax and military levy;
- single contribution to obligatory state social insurance;
- single tax;
- RRO/PRRO use;
- value added tax;
- status of electronic reporting processing.
In compliance with requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On citizens' appeals" in 2025, the State Tax Service’s Contact Center accepted 4 100 oral appeals received by telephone.
In 2025, systematic work continued on updating the Knowledge Base – resource with answers to the taxpayers’ questions, structured by taxation areas and payment of single contribution.
As a result of legislative changes:
- validity period of 993 unified questions and answers has been limited;
- 1 499 questions and answers have been updated and rewritten.
During the year, the taxpayers made 4.3 million visits to the Public Information and Reference Resource ZIR (https://zir.tax.gov.ua), where there are:
- independent search for answers from the Knowledge Base;
- online registration for the electronic queue for visiting the Taxpayer Service Centers and Tax Consultant Offices.
