How to use sign language interpretation service at the Taxpayer Service Centers and Tax Consultant Offices

Citizens with hearing impairments have opportunity to communicate freely with the State Tax Service’s employees and receive necessary services at the Taxpayer Service Centers and Tax Consultant Offices. Sign language translation service in the video format makes this process convenient and accessible.

Contacting the Taxpayer Service Center or the Office, the taxpayer can use video connection with the sign language interpreter, that will ensure full and correct communication with the Tax Service’s employee.

How to use:

- contact a moderator at the Taxpayer Service Center or the Office,

- employee will connect online translator,

- receive services to assist in communication.

The service allows:

- ensure equal opportunities for all categories of taxpayers;

- improve quality and accessibility of tax services;

- promptly receive information and assistance in processing documents or receiving consultations.

Sign language interpretation is available at the Taxpayer Service Centers throughout Ukraine and in almost all Tax Consultant Offices.
