530 payers of parking fee transferred 38.1 million UAH to local budgets in January – February 2026. This is 13.6% more than in the same period last year. Then, budgets received 33.5 million UAH.

Traditionally, large regions remain leaders in the payment volume terms. The biggest revenues were provided by:

- Odesa region – 13.7 million UAH,

- Lviv region – 9.6 million UAH,

- Dnipropetrovsk region – 8.6 million UAH,

- Ivano-Frankivsk region – 1.8 million UAH.

Parking fee is one of the funding sources for local budgets. These funds are used to develop urban infrastructure: arranging parking lots, maintaining roads, improving traffic safety and creating comfortable urban space. Timely and full payment of fee directly affects quality of services for community residents and drivers.

Please note that land plots allocated for free parking of vehicles driven by disabled drivers or drivers transporting disabled persons are not subject to the fee.

Number of such places should be at least 10% of the total number of parking places in specially equipped or allocated areas.

If area is small, at least one place should be allocated.

Places for free parking are indicated by special road signs and/or road markings.
