According to the results of work of the Main Directorate of the STS in Donetsk region the consolidated budget of Ukraine received 23 billion UAH of taxes, fees and other obligatory payments in 2019 – this is 0.6 billion UAH more than in 2018.
Specialists of the Tax service of Donetsk region ensured revenues in the amount of 10.2 billion UAH to the State budget of Ukraine and 12.8 billion UAH to the local budgets during 12 months of 2019.
The biggest revenues to the consolidated budget were made by the city of Mariupol - more than 7 billion UAH, city of Pokrovsk and Pokrovsky district - almost 3 billion UAH and city of Kramatorsk - 2.3 billion UAH.
The “lion’s” shares of the state budget revenues or more than 77% provide the following taxes: the PIT - 12.4 billion UAH, value added tax - 3.1 billion UAH and income tax - 2.3 billion UAH.
The consolidated budget’s revenues growth is facilitated, firstly, by honest payment of taxes by the business of Donetsk region, and secondly by the increase of economic activity in the region and the coordinated work of specialists of the tax authorities of Donetsk region in counteraction against the tax evasion, through which the state receives additional resources.
