Taxpayers of Chernihiv region transferred 15.7 billion UAH of taxes, fees and a single social contribution to budgets of all levels in 2019. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the STS in Chernihiv region.
More than 5 billion UAH was transferred to the state budget. Revenues exceeded the last year’s figures by 4.7% or 225 million UAH mainly due to growth of the value added tax payments (by 18% or 302.5 million UAH), personal income tax and military levy (by 17% or 243 million UAH).
The vast majority of funds to the state budget were transferred by the taxpayers on their own (99% of the total amount), 40 million UAH was transferred as a result audit-inspection work and more than 30 million UAH was transferred as a result of debt collection measures.
Local budgets of all levels received more than 5.8 billion UAH from payment of taxes. Indicator of 2018 has been exceeded by 18% or 905.2 million UAH due to the increase of sums paid from all budget forming taxes: personal income tax was provided in the amount more than 18% (+575 million UAH), property tax – 26.4% (+193.6 million UAH), single tax from entrepreneurial activity – 18% (+119.6 million UAH), excise tax from sales of excisable goods – 8.8% (+10.3 million UAH). Rent for the use of natural resources was transferred in the amount of (+0.1 million UAH) at the level of January-December 2018.
In addition, insurers transferred 4.8 billion UAH of the single social contribution to compulsory state social insurance for the transfer to Pension and other funds. The last year’s level has been exceeded by 16.5% or more than 686 million UAH. Percentage of voluntary SSC payments remains as significant as payments of taxes (99%).
