Taxpayers of the value added tax transferred 3 billion 720 million UAH to the state budget in 2019. Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region Ruslan Rachynskyi stated that business entities increased payments of the VAT by 472.4 million UAH or 14.5% compared to 2018.
According to the results of declaration campaign, the number of taxed operations of Zaporizhzhia companies and entrepreneurs has increased; accordingly, accruals have increased by 15% t compared to the previous year.
The biggest sums to the state treasury were provided by the business representatives of Zaporizhzhia city – 2 billion 145.4 million UAH, Berdyansk city, Berdyansk and Primorsky districts - 287 million UAH, Melitopol city, Melitopol and Veselovskyi districts - 279 million, Vilnyanskyi and Novomykolaiv districts - 197.6 million UAH, Polohiv, Belmatskyi and Roziv districts - 151 million UAH, Tokmak city, Tokmak and Chernihiv districts - 147.6 million UAH, Orikhiv and Hulyaypilskoho districts - 126 million UAH and so on.
Nearly 10.5 thousand of the value-added taxpayers are registered in Zaporizhzhia region; 9.5 thousand of them are business entities – legal entities and about 2 thousand of individuals-entrepreneurs.
