Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region received 663 written appeals from citizens during 2019 – this is 66 appeals less than in 2018. Of these, there were 662 applications and 1 offer.
Choosing the means of communication, applicants mostly use services of the post offices (510 applications), send applications via electronic means, via the Internet (42 applications), through the authorities (69 applications) and from other bodies, institutions and organizations (42 applications).
The number of 645 applications was processed in time and 18 were in progress out of the total number of 663 applications.
In total, 794 citizens have applied over 2019.
In terms of content, the biggest number of applications was related to the financial and tax policies (91.9%), including: informing about the tax evasion (27.9%), single social contribution (11.1%), customs clearance (15.3%), control0audit work (12.9%), labor and wages (8.2%).
46 receptions by citizens’ requests have been conducted over 2019 – this is 105 receptions less than over the same period in 2018. Majority of citizens’ applications received during personal reception was related to the tax administration, audit and customs clearance of vehicles.
