100.9 million UAH more compared to January 2019 – is the amount of the tax payments that has been transferred to the Consolidated Budget of Ukraine since the beginning of 2020. This was reported by acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Ternopil region Valerii Lisnytskyi.
General fund of the state budget received 294.1 million UAH from Ternopil region. Compared to January 2019, revenues have increased by 70.8 million UAH.
Income tax, value added tax, excise tax were paid in the biggest amount. Thus, compared to the corresponding period of last year, revenues of the value added tax have increased by 65.8 million UAH and have amounted 189.4 million UAH. Business entities transferred 7.9 million UAH of the corporate income tax, which exceeded expected by 85.5%. Additional revenues from this payment have amounted 3.7 million UAH. Payment of the excise tax has increased twice. With expected 1 million UAH, the budget actually received 2.2 million UAH of this payment.
Revenues to local budgets have amounted 335.8 million UAH – this is 30.5 million UAH more than in January last year.
According to acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS, the tax specialists will continue to promote tax payment of taxes, both at the legislative level and through service. “However, entities that avoid tax compliance, use informal hired labor or otherwise violate the law will remain under our scrutiny.” – emphasized Valerii Lisnytskyi.
