Tax specialists of the Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn provided 110 thousand administrative services to the taxpayers during 2019. Particularly, citizens and business representatives received 78.5 thousand administrative services through the Taxpayers Service Centers.
Taxpayers Service Centers provided 7 thousand administrative services in January 2020. Taxpayers received more than a thousand administrative services in the electronic form.
Taxpayers already have the ability to register the RCO in electronic format, as well as the accounting book for calculated operations and to obtain certificate regarding the absence of the tax arrears. So, the Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn region recommends business representatives to introduce modern information technologies into their communication with the controlling authorities.
“Representatives of small business need to plan their activities, so that they can start working with the RCO in a timely manner, considering the tax innovations regarding the phased introduction of the cash register technology for entrepreneurs of the Group II-IV of the simplified taxation system. In order to register the RCO and get the accounting book for calculated operations, you do not have to visit the Taxpayer Service Center. Many taxpayers already use these services electronically” – stated acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn region Oleh Hyrykovych.
He also emphasized that forms, samples of applications for administrative services and information cards about technological features regarding provision of services can be found on the sub-site of the STS territorial bodies in Volyn region in section “Activity / Administrative Services”.
