In January 2020, active attention was paid to increasing efficiency of control over the production and turnover of alcohol, alcohol beverages, tobacco products, fuel and combating illicit trafficking of these products.
According to the results of work from the beginning of 2020, budgets of all levels have been provided with the following revenues: excise tax as a whole to the state budget – 598.8 thousand UAH; excise tax on retail sale of excisable products to the local budgets - 22 million 14.9 thousand UAH; licenses fees for the right of production, wholesale and retail trade of alcohol beverages and tobacco products - 1 million 905.3 thousand UAH; licenses fees for the right of production, wholesale and retail sale of fuel and its storage - 347.3 thousand UAH.
43.2 million of excise tax stamps were issued to producers in accordance with the current legislation for production of excisable products.
According to the results of the excise tax declarations monitoring, complete and timely payment of declared obligations, compliance with the procedure of registration of excise tax payers on fuel, keeping accounting of the excise invoices in system of electronic administration on the sale of fuel there were 5 compiled acts after audits resulted in penalties (financial sanctions) in the amount of 5.9 million UAH.
