Taxpayers of Sumy region received 12884 administrative services in January 2020. Of these, 8476 were provided through the Taxpayer service centers.
In average STS bodies of Sumy region provide 613 administrative services daily, including 404 through the Taxpayer service centers.
Within the structure of provided administrative services, particularly service of issuing the taxpayer’s card and entering data on the registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card in the passport of citizen of Ukraine which was provided to 5080 individuals occupies the largest share of 39.4% of the total number of provided administrative services. Services for issuing information from the State Register of Individuals - Taxpayers on the Amounts of Paid Income and Withhold Taxes which amounted administrative services 4265 (33.1%) do not lose its relevance.
Also, more than 800 taxpayers received extract from the Register of single tax payers and 348 citizens registered as the single tax payers.
In addition, almost 400 certificates on absence of payment arrears were issued, the control of which is vested to the supervisory authorities.
