Taxpayers of Vinnytsia region supported Ukrainian army and transferred 37 million 170.7 thousand UAH of the military levy in January 2020. This was stated by acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Vinnytsia region Oleh Martyniuk.
Official emphasizes that the paid amount of funds transferred to the state budget exceeds figures of January 2019 by 4.7%. In total, payment of the military levy has increased by 1 million 660.5 thousand UAH.
It should be reminded that the military levy is has been charged for more than 5 and a half years now. Its rate is 1.5% of the taxable object. Taxpayers of the military levy are individuals - residents who receive income both in Ukraine and abroad, non-residents who receive income in Ukraine, as well as the tax agents.
